This position offers the flexibility of working remotely while being an integral part of our school-based services team. Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will involve:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental needs.

• Participating actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), tailoring interventions to each child's unique situation.
\n
• Monitoring child progress and outcomes, regularly reporting findings to the team and adjusting strategies as necessary.

• Providing valuable support and guidance to families, equipping them with the tools and knowledge needed to enhance their child's development.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment Practices to recommend effective strategies for each family.
\n
• Implementing coaching models and natural environment teaching methods to facilitate learning in daily contexts.
\n
• Ensuring all services comply with relevant Federal and State regulations to maintain the highest standards of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on infants and toddlers, including those experiencing housing insecurities or various disabilities. By addressing their developmental needs, you will make a profound impact by helping them achieve critical milestones in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills during their first three years of life.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited program.

• A current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) as issued by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver’s license to facilitate travel when necessary.
