Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to carefully evaluate patients' trauma histories and develop tailored treatment strategies.

• Utilize effective therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to address varying patient needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, creating a safe space for patients to explore their trauma experiences and cultivate healthy coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention support during emergencies related to trauma and mental health crises.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, effective coping strategies, and available resources within the community.

Qualifications\n
