Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and challenges, leading to tailored treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adults facing a diverse range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. You will also engage with clients from various socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds, requiring a strong commitment to inclusivity and understanding of different perspectives.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology for teletherapy, including familiarity with electronic health records and secure communication platforms.
