Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver direct mental health services to a diverse caseload of clients, including assessment, individual and group therapy sessions, and family interventions in both school and community settings.

• Conduct thorough, evidence-based screenings and assessments to identify mental health symptoms and determine appropriate treatment plans.

• Create and implement integrated care plans that ensure ongoing access to necessary resources, facilitating communication among clients, families, and other healthcare providers.

• Engage in crisis intervention whenever necessary, utilizing established frameworks for rapid response to acute mental health needs.

• Monitor client progress through frequent evaluations, ensuring that treatment remains focused on their evolving needs and direct requests for intervention.

• Document and maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, treatment plans, and evaluation outcomes, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and required timelines.

• Contribute to team goals through active participation in team meetings, clinics, and collaborative projects aimed at enhancing service delivery and quality improvement initiatives.

• Be available for on-call support during and after program hours, as assigned.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
