Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents, as well as their families. You will address a diverse spectrum of mental health concerns, providing age-appropriate interventions and ensuring that treatment considers the unique social and psychological dynamics of young individuals and their familial contexts.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.
\n
• Comprehensive knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders, along with proficiency in relevant therapeutic modalities.

• Proven experience in providing individual and family therapy to young patients, demonstrating a strong understanding of developmental psychology.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a nurturing and child-centered focus.
\n
• Ability to establish rapport and build trust with children, adolescents, and their families.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and a strong comfort level with technology.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of professional experience working in a mental health setting with children and adolescents.

Compensation and Benefits\n
