Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients to gauge their physical capabilities and therapeutic needs.
• Create individualized treatment plans that utilize various therapeutic techniques, including exercise, manual therapy, and specialized equipment.
• Deliver hands-on therapy, including stretching maneuvers and rehabilitation exercises, tailored to each patient's condition and goals.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, ensuring all treatments and responses are accurately tracked in our electronic health record system.
• Reassess and modify treatment plans dynamically based on patient progress, adapting goals to ensure optimal recovery.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and self-care techniques to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and occupational therapists, to foster a cohesive care approach.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and advancements through continuing education and professional networking.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice physical therapy in Florida.

Compensation and Benefits
