Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing therapists to work from the comfort of their own homes while still being integrally connected to a supportive outpatient office environment. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine the mental health needs of clients.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices and maintaining a client-centered approach.
• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy and behavioral therapy sessions, adapting therapeutic modalities based on each client's unique circumstances and cultural backgrounds.
• Maintain accurate and timely records, including clinical and progress notes, in alignment with departmental policies and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary health care team members to ensure the development of comprehensive treatment plans, including effective discharge planning based on extensive psychosocial assessments.
• Coordinate care for clients by assisting with discharge planning and facilitating access to necessary services, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of care.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in working with diverse populations, including those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Applicants must possess active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent designation.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working in an outpatient counseling setting is mandatory to ensure the quality and efficacy of care.
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with word processing, email systems, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records, are essential.
• Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work independently while being self-directed and highly organized, with a commitment to continued professional development.

Preferred Experience

Experience with telehealth platforms or remote therapy methodologies is preferred. A background in trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based practices will be considered advantageous.
