Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Licensure: A current and valid license, recognizing one of the following qualifications: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• Ability to practice independently without supervision and maintain a clean disciplinary record.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a warm, empathetic demeanor to build trust with clients.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology for therapy delivery and record-keeping.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience within community health settings or similar environments, specialized training in solution-focused therapy techniques, and familiarity with electronic health record systems are highly desirable. Candidates who have demonstrated success in creating engaging therapeutic relationships with clients will be given preference.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, depending on your level of experience and hours worked.
