Work Environment\n

This remote position allows for great flexibility while ensuring you remain integrated within a robust support system provided by our outpatient office. Our practice operates primarily Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend responsibilities as needed on a rotational basis to accommodate our clients' diverse schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of symptoms related to mood disorders such as depression and bipolar disorder for each client.

• Collaborate closely with clients to develop tailored treatment plans that reflect their unique goals, needs, and preferences, incorporating their feedback into the therapeutic process.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to provide beneficial strategies for managing mood disorders.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatments, and effective self-care strategies to support ongoing recovery.

• Monitor clients' progress throughout the treatment process, continuously adjusting treatment plans based on individual responses and feedback.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, LMFT or PsyD in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n
