Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments, evaluate residents' health status, and develop personalized care plans to ensure effective management of chronic conditions and acute health issues.
• Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with established medical guidelines and state regulations, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Perform minor surgical procedures as necessary, providing assistance during more complex surgical interventions while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Educate residents and their families about health management strategies, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.
• Document all patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes meticulously in electronic medical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care plans, share insights, and review progress towards established health goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Nurse Practitioner will primarily serve senior residents with diverse healthcare needs within our assisted living facility. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $150,000 to $160,000, commensurate with experience and caseload complexity.
