Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to guide therapy sessions.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that empower patients to process their experiences, develop coping strategies, and enhance their healing journey.

• Work collaboratively with physicians, psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is a prerequisite.

Compensation and Benefits\n
