Work Environment\n

As a remote mental health counseling position, you’ll benefit from a flexible work setting that prioritizes your professional growth and work-life balance. The outpatient office facilitates a collaborative culture, encouraging therapists to integrate various therapeutic modalities while maintaining the essential connection to our clients. Scheduled working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed to accommodate client care and support.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately gauge the mental health needs of clients, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to meet the unique goals of each client, including strategies for addressing a variety of mental health conditions.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, utilizing effective therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining clear communication to ensure that all aspects of client care are addressed and through case conferencing, share treatment updates and insights.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, while regularly updating treatment progress in our practice management software.

• Participate actively in clinical supervision and ongoing professional development activities to enhance your skills and stay abreast of cutting-edge treatments and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will engage a diverse array of clients coping with various mental health challenges including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, PTSD, addiction, and trauma-related disorders. You will be a vital support for individuals navigating their personal struggles, offering them a compassionate and understanding approach to therapy that respects their background and unique experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts.

• A Bachelor's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution, demonstrating foundational knowledge in mental health principles.

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in conducting therapy within mental health settings, highlighting your practical skills in dealing with client cases.

Compensation and Benefits\n
