Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using standardized tools and evidence-based practices to create individualized treatment plans that address our clients' unique needs. For instance, you might evaluate a child's emotional state to devise specific interventions aimed at improving coping strategies and emotional regulation.

• Implement various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, play therapy, and family systems therapy. Using these techniques, you will assist young clients in processing trauma and developing resilience.

• Monitor and document therapy sessions, maintaining accurate and confidential clinical records while abiding by HIPAA guidelines. Your meticulous record-keeping will support continuity of care and comply with all regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to treatment. This collaboration may involve participating in interdisciplinary meetings to discuss a client's progress and optimize their treatment plan.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active licensure as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or licensed psychologist in California, affirming your professional qualifications.
