This remote position leverages telehealth technology, allowing you to connect with patients in the comfort of their own homes. Our work environment promotes flexibility and work-life balance, with a standard work schedule of Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. In addition, some evening shifts may occasionally be necessary to accommodate the varying needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments tailored to the specific challenges faced by older adults, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their mental, physical, and social health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will work with elderly patients experiencing a range of conditions, including depression, anxiety, dementia, and adjustment disorders, providing compassionate and understanding support throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in mental health therapy is preferred.

• Demonstrated expertise in geriatric mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proven experience delivering individual and family therapy specifically to older adults.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong emphasis on patient-centered care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
