Key Responsibilities

• Deliver therapeutic treatment in individual, group, and family sessions focused on behavioral health.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to create and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment progress per agency and regulatory standards, ensuring timely updates to medical records.
• Participate in weekly supervision sessions with clinical leadership to enhance therapeutic skills and ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods such as CBT, DBT, and ERP to guide patients toward healthier coping strategies and improved emotional regulation.
• Collaborate closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, sharing insights and strategies to optimize patient care.
• Engage in ongoing training opportunities related to licensure and certifications to enhance professional competencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with children and adolescents, as well as their families, providing targeted interventions that aim to facilitate growth and recovery. Opportunities exist for cross-training with adult populations, allowing you to expand your skills and therapeutic approaches across various age groups. Our programs specifically address issues such as anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorders, and trauma, always aiming for positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Active, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.
• Minimum of 2 years of related counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with diverse populations.
• Strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and communication competencies are essential.

Preferred Experience

• Specialties in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment are highly valued.
• Experience working within a telehealth context or familiarity with digital communication tools.
• A good understanding of local and federal regulations related to mental health services.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000, adjusted based on experience and patient caseload.
