Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique mental health needs of clients.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), offering both individual and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate seamlessly with case managers, psychiatrists, and community resources to create a comprehensive care approach for our clients.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during emergency situations, ensuring the safety and stability of clients facing acute distress.
• Engage actively in community outreach programs to enhance mental health awareness, reduce stigma, and connect individuals with necessary resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Mental Health Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you'll work with a broad range of clients, including children, adults, and families struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. Qualifications

• Must hold a valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Family Therapy, or Psychology is essential.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills with a capacity to build strong therapeutic relationships with diverse clientele.
• Cultural competence is vital; you should be comfortable working with multilineage and multiracial communities.
• Demonstrated strong organizational skills to maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with best practices and state regulations.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a community mental health setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in various therapeutic methodologies, particularly those catering to a culturally diverse population, will be viewed favorably.
• Prior experience in crisis intervention or trauma-informed care is an advantage.

• The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, education, and credentials.
