Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance use history and mental health status, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each individual's needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address both addiction and any underlying mental health issues, using evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique situation.
• Facilitate a variety of therapeutic sessions, including individual and group therapy, employing techniques grounded in proven methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals across our treatment team, ensuring coordinated and holistic care for all clients.
• Educate and support clients' families to help them engage actively in the recovery process, enhancing the support system necessary for successful long-term outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous records that comply with all relevant regulations, ensuring that documentation is both accurate and up to date.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A valid mental health professional license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD) is required.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling is essential.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices specifically concerning substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
• Strong therapeutic skills and a proven ability to motivate and engage clients in their recovery journeys.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with a team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Experience

• Hands-on experience in a substance abuse treatment setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
