Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and identify their unique needs and goals.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that resonate with clients' aspirations and mental health challenges.
• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions to adult clients, applying solution-focused approaches tailored to their specific circumstances.
• Utilize teletherapy techniques to deliver engaging virtual sessions, ensuring a seamless therapeutic experience.
• Offer crisis intervention services promptly, utilizing your skills to manage acute situations effectively and sensitively.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to remain abreast of the latest mental health research and therapeutic techniques.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and case notes, utilizing our therapist dashboard for efficient case management.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with adult clients facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our diverse client base allows therapists to cultivate a rich and rewarding practice, as you build therapeutic relationships that lead to significant personal growth and improved mental health outcomes.

Qualifications

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a capacity for empathy and understanding.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and organize multiple case files while maintaining attention to detail.
• No documented history of disciplinary actions related to licensure.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in providing mental health counseling within a telehealth environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and approaches, allowing for customized client care.
• Experience in crisis intervention and acute mental health care.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range of $90,000 to $104,000, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
