Work Environment

This role offers the flexibility of a fully remote work environment, allowing you to conduct virtual appointments through video conferencing and secure messaging via our Simple Practice platform. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, setting the foundation for effective treatment plans.
• Develop individualized treatment strategies that address clients' specific challenges and goals, ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Deliver psychotherapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families, specifically tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Regularly assess client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in the Simple Practice platform.
• Engage in professional development opportunities such as counseling support groups and supervisor feedback sessions to enhance your therapeutic skills.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams when necessary, facilitating holistic care and client referrals as appropriate.
• Provide crisis intervention and emergency referrals for clients as needed, ensuring timely access to support.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele encompassing teens, adults, and couples, each presenting with a range of mental health issues. Your expertise will allow you to provide compassionate support tailored to the unique needs of each demographic, from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges and trauma recovery. The flexibility of virtual sessions enables you to foster a safe and comfortable environment conducive to effective therapeutic communication.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Must hold an active license as a Mental Health Clinician (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in the state of Texas.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective therapeutic engagement.
• Comfortable utilizing technology to conduct virtual appointments; experience with telehealth platforms is a plus.
• Strong ability to create and implement effective treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling or psychotherapy.
• Experience in remote or telehealth settings that demonstrate adaptability and familiarity with virtual therapy dynamics.
• Engagement in ongoing professional development, particularly in areas relevant to contemporary mental health practices.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 110,000 annually, reflecting your experience and expertise. Additionally, we provide:
