Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop customized, effective treatment plans to address individual challenges.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions using a range of therapeutic modalities that may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based techniques to facilitate personal growth and coping skills.
• Establish clear therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and regularly monitor their progress to adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Offer teletherapy options to ensure accessibility for clients facing physical, emotional, or geographic barriers.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with ethical guidelines and state regulations.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and conferences to remain updated on best practices and emerging research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A valid state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD).
• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective rapport-building with clients and collaboration with colleagues.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a caseload while maintaining high-quality care standards.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a therapeutic setting, particularly in a remote or community health environment.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and techniques for delivering care digitally.
• Expertise in specific therapeutic modalities or specialization in particular areas of mental health.

Compensation and Benefits
