Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health and substance abuse histories.

• Facilitate engaging individual therapeutic sessions and dynamic group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

• Collaborate closely with fellow treatment team members to coordinate and integrate holistic care plans for clients.

• Educate and involve clients' families in the recovery process, enhancing the overall effectiveness of treatment.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate clinical records in adherence to regulatory requirements and organizational standards.

• Participate in ongoing training and supervision to refine skills and integrate our evidence-based care pathways into practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adolescents and young adults, a demographic particularly vulnerable to mental health challenges. By harnessing a tailored, compassionate approach, you will engage with clients facing diverse struggles—ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance use disorders—helping them navigate their paths to recovery through therapeutic guidance and support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Active state licensure is essential; candidates must hold credentials as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD.

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in providing telehealth therapy, particularly to adolescents and young adults, is mandatory.

• Proficiency in using various digital tools, including the Google suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, is needed to support remote therapeutic services.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, is vital to build rapport with clients and document clinical progress.
