Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and ongoing assessments of clients’ mental health conditions, employing diagnostic tools and clinical interviews to formulate accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of each client, using therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring a client-centered approach that fosters a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship.

• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support to clients in acute distress, utilising de-escalation techniques and safety planning.

• Document clinical progress accurately and maintain secure, confidential client records in line with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver integrated care for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, coping strategies, and community resources that support their recovery journey, while advocating for their rights and needs.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, webinars, and training opportunities to strengthen your clinical skills and stay informed about best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Great Bliss Behavioral Health Center, you will work with a varied patient population, including adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and you will play a critical role in helping them navigate their unique experiences and build resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in Washington State (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic abilities, with a commitment to providing high-quality therapeutic care.

• At least two years of relevant experience in a clinical mental health setting, with a preference for experience in teletherapy.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.

• Ability to work independently while also being an active and collaborative member of our multidisciplinary team.

• Demonstrated commitment to ethical practices and continuous professional growth.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 85,000 to 100,000, based on your experience and qualifications, along with a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
