Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to establish individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's psychosocial assessment, including detailed discharge plans that reflect best practice standards.

• Engage actively with community leaders and resource groups, representing MindShift Behavioral Health in meetings, and contributing to discussions that address the social needs of our patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support, effectively assessing and treating clients facing various behavioral issues to facilitate resilience and recovery.

• Maintain open lines of communication with physicians and other healthcare providers to report on patient progress, addressing any concerns and adapting care plans as necessary.

• Document client interactions thoroughly and accurately, ensuring all clinical notes and progress reports are completed in line with departmental policies, utilizing our advanced electronic health record systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves adults and adolescents experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and substance abuse disorders. Our program emphasizes empathy, advocacy, and fostering self-efficacy in clients to empower their recovery journey. Through tailored interventions and support, you will play a vital role in improving their emotional, cognitive, behavioral, and social well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of therapy modalities and patient care techniques.

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Valid state licensure as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, ensuring compliance with state regulations and standards.
