Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to meet the distinct needs of each client.

• Effectively diagnose and treat a range of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Conquer Psychotherapy Center, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Your expertise will be critical in supporting clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and related disorders. The position requires the ability to build rapport and provide empathetic, culturally competent care tailored to the unique experiences of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of 3 years of direct counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• The candidate must possess a valid state license (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) to practice in Oregon.
