Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Caremate Health Inc., your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial assessments to understand clients' needs and setting achievable treatment goals tailored to each individual.

• Providing evidence-based therapy focused on prevention and overall well-being, and implementing treatment plans with periodic reviews to measure progress.

• Collaborating with a network of treatment providers and placement agencies to ensure continuity of care and holistic support for clients.

• Maintaining timely and accurate client documentation, session notes, and treatment updates in accordance with our compliance policies.

• Managing a consistent caseload that reflects your expertise while also ensuring availability for new client referrals.

• Actively participating in regular staff meetings, contributing to a positive team culture, and sharing best practices with colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Caremate Health Inc., the licensed mental health therapists primarily work with a diverse client base needing support for a range of mental health concerns. This includes but is not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and chronic stress. Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid and current mental health license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• A bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field; further qualifications at the master’s level are preferred.
