Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients referred by physicians, ensuring the identification of specific needs and establishing clear treatment goals.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs across various specialties, including orthopedic cases, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions that align with physician protocols, closely monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments.
• Provide education and support to patients and caregivers regarding exercises, lifestyle adjustments, and rehabilitation processes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize treatment plans and enhance patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records, adhering to compliance standards and organizational policies.
• Continuously work towards achieving utilization goals while fostering excellent customer service and patient satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will encounter a diverse range of patients, each presenting unique rehabilitation challenges and goals. Your clientele will include individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and pediatric disorders. By tailoring your approach to meet the specific needs of each patient, you will deeply impact their recovery journey and facilitate their return to optimal functioning.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. A Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy and Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills, facilitating collaboration with patients and team members.
• Strong administrative skills, including competency in digital documentation and basic computer applications.
• Ability to foster relationships and establish rapport with a diverse patient demographic.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for connecting with patients.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in orthopedic, pediatric, or sports medicine physical therapy is highly desirable.
• Proven history of implementing evidence-based treatments and demonstrating positive patient outcomes.
• Experience with community outreach and relationship building to enhance patient care and business results.

Compensation and Benefits
