This full-time position is entirely remote, allowing you to provide exceptional mental health services from the comfort of your own space while supporting clients in their journey toward healing and resilience. The salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Our practice operates with a focus on accessibility; we are available to clients from 7 am to 10 pm, seven days a week, ensuring comprehensive services that fit varied lifestyles.

Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCPC at Tarrant, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting trauma-informed mental health assessments to thoroughly evaluate each patient’s trauma history and identify effective treatment modalities.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery and resilience-building strategies tailored to each client's unique needs.
\n
• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions designed to assist patients in processing their trauma, developing coping strategies, and nurturing their personal healing journeys.

• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists and a multidisciplinary team to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.
\n
• Providing timely crisis intervention and immediate support for patients encountering trauma-related emergencies.
\n
• Educating patients and families about trauma responses, effective coping mechanisms, and available resources to facilitate their healing process.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation in strict accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engaging in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities aimed at enhancing trauma-informed care practices.

• Staying current with the latest research and emerging trends in trauma therapy methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily center around individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma. We cater to a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults, making it essential for you to demonstrate adaptability and cultural competence in your practice. As a Behavioral Health Generalist, you will also receive specialized training to work with couples, broadening your impact and expertise.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid licensure as an LCPC in the state of Maryland.
