This role is well-suited for individuals who thrive in a flexible work setting, allowing for remote consultations and assessments. You'll have the autonomy to manage your schedule, with regular hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. However, it is important to remain adaptable as occasional evening or weekend hours may be required to address the specific needs of clients and their families. The position also necessitates on-call availability to provide support during urgent situations. Given the emphasis on flexibility, the role can accommodate part-time scheduling requirements based on client and community needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of seniors' psychosocial needs, incorporating emotional, mental, and social factors into evaluations.
