Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via live video, offering individualized support to adult clients dealing with a range of mental health disorders.

• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and engage in interdisciplinary discussions to create comprehensive treatment plans that address the varied needs of clients.

• Utilize our automated symptom self-assessments and goal progress measures to continuously monitor client progress, allowing for data-driven adjustments to treatment plans.

• Create and maintain accurate clinical documentation through our user-friendly therapist portal, which facilitates efficient record-keeping and enhances communication across the therapy team.

• Seek feedback and support from the Therapy Leadership Team to enhance your clinical practice and ensure the highest standard of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be adult clients experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex emotional issues. You will engage with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, applying empathy and patience to establish rapport and trust. Your understanding of cultural sensitivity will be crucial in connecting with clients and tailoring your therapeutic approach to their unique experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

• Strong foundational knowledge of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and related evidence-based interventions.

• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with current therapeutic practices.
