Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations for clients presenting with various mental health concerns.

• Develop individualized therapeutic strategies tailored to each client's unique needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate group, family, couples, and individual therapy sessions, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers and specialists, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.
