Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Safe Harbor Therapeutic Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to establish the appropriate therapeutic pathway.

• Implementing effective graduate-level clinical interventions tailored to the specific needs of each client within the therapeutic process.

• Maintaining clear and thorough documentation of client assessments, treatment strategies, and interdisciplinary care plans, facilitating seamless collaboration among staff.

• Providing case management for assigned patients, engaging with community agencies and professionals to ensure the delivery of comprehensive care.

• Upholding ethical standards in all documentation and completing progress notes in a timely manner.

• Utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to execute individualized service plans for clients and their families.

You will be working primarily with a diverse client base seeking outpatient services, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n
