Work Environment\n

This position offers a unique remote work setting, ensuring you can effectively engage with clients in a flexible yet structured manner. While our office is based in Reno, you will collaborate with our multidisciplinary team from wherever you feel most productive. Our work hours are primarily Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility expected to accommodate patient needs and therapeutic sessions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to glean insights into patients’ trauma histories and tailor effective treatment strategies.

• Craft and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at facilitating trauma recovery, focusing on resilience-building methods.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to support client healing.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, empowering patients to process trauma while equipping them with coping strategies.

• Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care tailored to each patient's specific needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Nevada.
