Key Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately evaluate clients' mental health needs and concerns.
• Designing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans that align with clients' individual goals and preferences.
• Providing individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions tailored to each client.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, including other mental health professionals, to ensure holistic care and support for clients.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participating in regular supervision, case discussions, and continuous professional development to enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, mood disorders, and trauma. You will work closely with adults and adolescents, providing tailored support that caters to their unique experiences and cultural backgrounds. Qualifications

• A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.
• A Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting individual and group therapy within mental health contexts.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques relevant to treating a variety of mental health conditions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to develop rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in specialized therapy modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or trauma-focused therapy.
• Work history in outpatient mental health settings, with familiarity in managing caseloads and client appointments efficiently.
• Experience collaborating with other health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Compensation and Benefits
