Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients recovering from injuries or surgeries in our outpatient office, providing individualized care plans that address their specific rehabilitation goals.
• Employ a variety of treatment techniques including therapeutic exercises, stretching maneuvers, and hands-on therapies to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Develop and implement detailed treatment strategies to facilitate optimum recovery and extend patients' functional abilities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments, track responses, and measure progress to ensure adherence to established therapeutic goals.
• Regularly reevaluate patient conditions, adjust treatments as necessary, and propose innovative strategies to support ongoing recovery.
• Guide and educate patients, caregivers, and family members on self-care techniques and the use of assistive devices to improve their daily lives.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, research, and networking within professional societies to stay abreast of industry trends and practices.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
