Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to develop individualized therapeutic plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, customizing approaches based on each client's unique situation.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and client caseload. In addition, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, and dental insurance, as well as malpractice insurance.
