This position offers a remote work setting, allowing you the flexibility to connect with clients from the comfort of your home while also engaging in occasional in-office meetings and teamwork. Our regular working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as needed based on client availability and requirements.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain precise and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities to enhance team cohesion and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role centers primarily on serving a diverse population of children and adolescents, grappling with a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, chronic mood disorders, ADHD, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• A strong understanding of child and adolescent psychological disorders and treatment modalities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of rapport with children, adolescents, and their families.

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range between USD 75,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
