Work Environment\n

This position offers the unique benefit of remote work within a telehealth framework, allowing for flexibility in scheduling while maintaining high standards of patient care. Our therapists work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to meet patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify the needs of children and adolescents in a telehealth setting.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that reflect each patient's unique developmental stage, family dynamics, and cultural background.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.

• Required minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience, ideally within a child and adolescent mental health context.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities and therapeutic approaches specifically designed for children and adolescents.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and family therapy is essential.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm, empathetic, and child-centered approach to care.

• Adept at building rapport with patients and their families, facilitating open communication and trust.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and technological tools that support telehealth practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 75,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
