Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand each patient's unique trauma history and formulate tailored treatment approaches.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery, resilience-building, and the management of associated symptoms.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process their trauma, develop coping strategies, and promote healing.

• Engage in regular collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to guarantee comprehensive and cohesive patient care.

• Deliver crisis intervention to patients during trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating your calm and composed nature in urgent situations.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses, effective coping mechanisms, and available community resources.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities that focus on trauma-informed care.

• Stay current with the latest research and best practices in trauma therapy to ensure patients receive the most effective treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals affected by trauma, including those coping with PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. This role will involve working with a diverse range of clients, each with unique backgrounds and experiences. You will support patients along their healing journeys, utilizing your skills to empower them to reclaim their lives and improve their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology obtained from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Oregon.

• Strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and proven experience in utilizing trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a compassionate, non-judgmental demeanor.

• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard computer applications.
\n
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in the mental health field, specifically in trauma-focused therapies.

• Experience working with diverse populations and a strong familiarity with resilience-building approaches.

• Skills in crisis intervention and high-stress management will be particularly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
