This position is primarily remote, enabling you to work from the comfort of your own home while still providing critical mental health support to clients. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, leading to accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Collaborating closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that are both attainable and relevant to their goals.

• Providing individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to meet each client's specific needs.

• Offering crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health issues, ensuring prompt and effective support.

• Documenting all aspects of therapy, including treatment plans and progress notes, while ensuring these records are maintained accurately and confidentially according to legal and ethical guidelines.

• Engaging in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and social workers to coordinate comprehensive care for each client.

• Educating clients and their families about mental health topics, treatment options, and available resources, advocating for their rights and needs as necessary.

• Participating in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

To be eligible for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Current and valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
\n
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic abilities with at least two years of related experience in mental health counseling.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

• Competence in working independently and as a cohesive part of a team.

• A strong commitment to maintaining ethical and professional standards in all aspects of practice.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, previous clinical experience in an outpatient setting is advantageous. Familiarity with teletherapy practices, as well as experience working with diverse populations, will greatly enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus to welcome new team members. Our benefits package includes:
