Dynamic Bridgeway Physical Therapy is seeking a committed and compassionate Full Time Physical Therapist to join our team at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center located in Immokalee, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients including reviewing medical histories, performing assessments, and documenting findings accurately to develop effective treatment plans.
• Explain evaluation results and treatment strategies clearly to patients and their families, ensuring they are actively involved in setting achievable goals.
• Implement treatment protocols based on evaluation results and patient progress, adapting techniques as required by changing health conditions.
• Collaborate with healthcare colleagues and providers concerning patient issues and to ensure holistic care by modifying treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations.
• Manage discharge planning and follow-up care efficiently, ensuring that documentation of patient interactions and progress is thorough, clear, and timely, which facilitates continuity of care.
• Maintain productivity standards by managing your schedule effectively, attending team meetings, and participating in community health initiatives and outreach activities.
• Lead initiatives for professional development by pursuing continuing education opportunities for yourself and mentoring students as a clinical instructor.
• Enhance patient experience by demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in care approaches to accommodate diverse patient needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working primarily with outpatient clients at our Rehabilitation Center, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological conditions, sports injuries, and chronic pain. Our diverse patient population ranges from young athletes to elderly individuals, each requiring tailored therapeutic interventions. Your role in providing both physical rehabilitation and emotional support is vital in helping these individuals regain their functionality and quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• A valid physical therapy license in the state of Florida is mandatory, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• American Heart Association's BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR certification is essential for patient safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must to effectively interact with patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting is preferred, enabling you to hit the ground running and apply your knowledge effectively.
• Experience with outpatient rehabilitation and knowledge of current best practices in physical therapy is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
