Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments utilizing evidence-based practices to craft tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions and, when applicable, engage clients in family, marriage, or group therapy sessions based on professional expertise and client needs.

• Perform comprehensive mental health screenings and assessments to identify treatment needs for diverse populations.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with federal, state, and organizational guidelines to ensure the highest quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on individuals grappling with various mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, and possession of a relevant license (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) is essential to this role.

• Experience in substance abuse treatment and familiarity with therapeutic modalities for individual and group therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
