Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients with varying orthopedic conditions, identifying their needs and setting realistic rehabilitation goals.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices and innovative therapeutic techniques.
• Utilize specialized equipment and modalities, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular re-education, to enhance patient performance and recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal recovery paths.
• Educate patients and their families, providing advice on injury prevention, wellness strategies, and home exercise programs to promote overall health.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapist license to practice in New Jersey is required.
