Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapeutic strategies tailored to each client's unique needs, conducting comprehensive assessments and service evaluations.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, families, couples, and groups, utilizing a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create a holistic care plan that aims to meet the diverse needs of clients effectively.

• Maintain accurate and current clinical records in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in regular professional development through workshops and training to stay abreast of the latest research and techniques in the mental health field.

Our practice serves a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use issues, and relationship concerns. As an LPC at Presidio, you will work closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans aimed at fostering recovery and resilience. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
