Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with orthopedic conditions to determine functional capabilities and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique requirements of each patient, ensuring alignment with their recovery goals.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training to facilitate recovery.
• Educate patients on proper movement mechanics and injury prevention strategies, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.
• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons and healthcare team members to coordinate effective treatment plans and enhance patient care.
• Document patient progress and treatment strategies in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, maintaining precise and informative records.
• Stay informed about advancements in orthopedic physical therapy to ensure that you are utilizing the best practices for patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgery, athletes wanting to return to their sport, and those dealing with chronic orthopedic issues. Your expertise will play a crucial role in guiding patients through their rehabilitation process, utilizing specialized knowledge to address their specific conditions and recovery goals.

Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Nevada .
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or an equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Evidence of strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster a supportive environment for patient care.
• The ability to design and implement effective, patient-specific treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practice.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits

This part-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, we provide:
