Work Environment

This onsite position allows you to collaborate with a small yet effective team comprised of two Physical Therapists and one Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify their physical challenges and set personalized therapy goals.
• Manage a caseload of 2-3 patients per hour, ensuring effective and efficient care delivery.
• Create individualized care plans utilizing various therapeutic modalities to enhance mobility and functional abilities.
• Draw on your manual therapy skills to provide hands-on treatments that address pain and improve patient outcomes.
• Promote a holistic approach to rehabilitation, focusing on non-surgical options that reduce dependency on prescription medications.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
• Document treatment progress thoroughly and track patient advancements using EMR software such as WebPT.
• Encourage patients to adopt healthier lifestyles through customized fitness and wellness regimens.
• Analyze treatment effectiveness and adapt therapies based on patient feedback and clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• A valid state Physical Therapist license with no disciplinary actions is essential.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a passion for improving patient health outcomes.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in orthopedic outpatient care is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to create and implement effective treatment plans for varied patient presentations.
• A history of inspiring patients to achieve their physical goals, thereby fostering a positive therapeutic environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range for this Physical Therapist position is between USD 100,000 and USD 120,000.
