This full-time remote position focuses on empowering children and families within our Early Intervention programs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children, identifying their developmental strengths and areas for growth.
\n
• Actively participate in Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) development, ensuring that the strategies and interventions are family-centered and evidence-based.
\n
• Monitor progress and outcomes as a collaborative team member, celebrating successes and making adjustments to intervention strategies as needed.
\n
• Establish trusting relationships with children and families, creating a supportive and nurturing environment that promotes active participation in the developmental process.
\n
• Utilize coaching models and natural environment teaching to facilitate learning and skill-building in a context that is relevant to each child.

• Educate families on enhancing their child's growth and development, equipping them with practical skills and resources to support their child's journey.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations, maintaining the highest standards of ethical practice in your work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our services are focused on supporting infants and toddlers up to three years of age who exhibit disabilities or developmental delays. You will work directly with these young children, assessing their developmental needs across the physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains. By partnering closely with families, you provide the tools and support to navigate challenges and celebrate developmental milestones together.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.

• Valid LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.

• A minimum of one year of professional experience working with young children in early intervention settings.
\n
• Proficiency in adapting to various learning styles to meet the unique needs of each child and their individualized treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n
