Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Implementing evidence-based mental health therapies and interventions tailored to the unique needs of individuals and families.

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments to formulate appropriate treatment plans.

• Facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions in alignment with patient treatment goals.

• Developing initial treatment plans based on assessments and ensuring coordination of necessary services.

• Maintaining meticulous documentation of therapy services in compliance with facility and professional standards.

• Managing an assigned caseload, monitoring progress, and adjusting treatment plans as required.

• Participating in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings to discuss and enhance patient care.

• Addressing client complaints and concerns promptly to uphold the quality of care.

• Recognizing and prioritizing patient safety throughout the therapeutic process.
