Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate mindfulness-based interventions tailored to individual client needs, including but not limited to Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) techniques.

• Conduct initial assessments to understand clients’ mental health histories, stressors, and personal goals, ensuring a personalized treatment approach.
\n
• Guide clients through various mindfulness exercises, such as meditation, guided imagery, and intentional breathing, to foster greater self-awareness and emotional balance.
\n
• Lead group workshops and classes that focus on mindfulness practices, stress management strategies, and building resilience among peers.
\n
• Integrate mindfulness strategies into individual therapy sessions, aligning therapeutic goals with clients’ aspirations for personal development.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and cohesive treatment plan that addresses each client's unique mental health challenges.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation regarding client progress, treatment plans, and mindfulness interventions used during sessions, adhering to all HIPAA regulations and best practices.
\n
• Engage in personal mindfulness practices and professional development regularly to enhance therapeutic effectiveness and remain current with best practices in mindfulness-based therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be serving a diverse population of clients, ranging from individuals experiencing acute stress and anxiety to those seeking support for chronic mental health conditions. Your therapists’ skills will empower clients to develop effective coping mechanisms, encourage emotional regulation, and promote a healthier mindset.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active license to practice as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in mindfulness-based therapeutic techniques, preferably with formal training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering a therapeutic environment that is supportive and calming.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience delivering mindfulness-based therapies in either individual or group therapy settings.

• Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities beyond mindfulness, which could enhance integrated treatment approaches.

• Previous work experience in a telehealth setting, familiarizing you with virtual therapy tools and client engagement practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
