Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Highland Rivers Counseling, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping clients process their trauma, foster coping strategies, and encourage personal healing.

• Collaborating seamlessly with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Providing crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies, offering support and stability to clients in distress.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position should possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n
