Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate students' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that define specific therapeutic goals and interventions.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused strategies.

• Collaborate with educational staff and mental health professionals to create and adjust student-centered treatment plans that encourage academic and emotional success.

• Provide crisis intervention, including risk assessments and safety planning tailored to students in immediate distress.

• Facilitate support groups and psychoeducation sessions aimed at empowering students and their families with knowledge and coping strategies.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation compliant with ethical and legal standards, tracking progress and outcomes effectively.

Qualifications\n
